MICRONEEDLING AND PRP
Micro-needling technique is used to rejuvenate and tighten skin. The treatment is safe for all skin types, has minimal side-effects, and downtime. The system uses a disposable tip with 12 -36 micro-needles to jump-start your natural collagen production to encourage a physiological healing process. Underlying cells of the dermis effectively receive topical nutrients that penetrate deep into the skin for improvements with:
Reducing Fine Lines and Wrinkles
Improving Skin Texture
Removing Dark Spots and Acne Scars
Minimizing Pore Size
What is PRP?
PRP therapy is a unique treatment that harnesses the power of platelets, which are well-known for their ability to stimulate cell reproduction, tissue regeneration, and collagen production. During a PRP therapy treatment, one of our experienced staff members will draw your blood and place it in a machine called a centrifuge. This machine rapidly spins the blood to separate the platelets from other components, leaving behind platelet-rich plasma, or what we like to call “liquid gold.” Once the platelet-rich plasma is separated from the blood, your physician will then use this for injections or as a topical treatment.
What is the downtime?
Immediately after the treatment you will notice a bright redness to the skin. Downtime setting used and the number of overlapping passes your skin care professional performs. On average, patients are red up to 2 to 7 days.
