LATE CANCELLATION & MISSED APPOINTMENT – We have a 24-hour cancellation policy on Laser Services and Facial Services. Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a $25 fee. We have a 10 minute grace period, if you fail to make it you may be subject to cancellation or fee. 


GROUPON/LIVINGSOCIAL/PRICE MATCHING – In order to refund a voucher prior to redeeming please contact Groupon/Living Social directly. Otherwise one voucher per customer, appointment & consultation required, valid only for option purchased & all goods or services must be used by the same person. Example: A patient wants to do Brazilian and axilla, we can accept a groupon or a screenshot (price-matching) for one of those areas during their time as a client. 

PURCHASED PACKAGES – We appreciate your business, however if a package is purchased for a specific service, you may not exchange for a different service. This includes exchanging areas on laser hair removal, or exchanging skin treatments that are valued the same price. 


PRICES & PROMOTIONS – We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase. Additionally, we are unable to negotiate any prices or discounts. Prices are firm and we will not negotiate. 

FULL DISCLOSURE & CONSULTATION REQUIRED – Our #1 goal is for you to be happy with our service and to love the results you achieve. We believe in full disclosure, which means we strive to ensure that you understand the treatments you receive and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. With this in mind, please be assured that our team will only recommend treatments and products that will benefit you specifically and which are medically appropriate for you. This is why consultations are required for any treatment given at Renew Medical Center, we cannot service you without said consultation. And if you have any questions at any time, please ask. We’re here to help!


PAYMENTS – Unfortunately Renew Medical Center does not accept any type of insurance, this includes FSA and HSA. We do accept cash, any form of credit or debit, and even payment apps including ZELLE or VENMO! Thank you for your consideration.


AGE REQUIREMENT – We do require patients to be at least 13 years of age for any facial services, 16 years of age for any skin treatment or laser treatment, and 18 years of age for any toxin treatment, and 21 years of age for any filler treatment. We do require patients to be 18 years of age for lasers of the brazilian, buttocks, and areolas area.  


PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING – Renew Medical Center does not inject, laser, or provide skin treatments to women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. The only treatment a pregnant or breastfeeding woman may receive is a customized facial. Our esthetician loves treating mother’s, so please feel welcomed to book a facial. 


BOOKING POLICY – You may pre-book 1 appointment ahead of schedule at a time. As much as we love seeing you this is to ensure appointments are still in considerable time frames in case of possible cancellation. New patients may not pre-book until consultation is completed. 


PERSONAL BELONGINGS – Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest and should be kept in your possession at all times. Renew Medical Center is not responsible for lost or damaged items.


QUIET ENVIRONMENT – As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the med spa. Additionally, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during each visit to the spa.


PROVIDER REQUESTS/RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS – We respect your desire to be with a particular treatment provider but we may not always be able to meet special requests or be seen on specific days due to illness, vacations, and unforeseen schedule changes. We appreciate your empathy. 


PRACTICE-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP – We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
